A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is to be paid at the time of booking

The balance will be payable one week before arrival.

A deposit (not cashed) in the amount of 500 euros  is requested.

Payments possible by check, bank transfer

Terms of cancelation

4 weeks before  the date of arrival: full refund of the deposit

2 weeks before the arrival date, reimbursement of 50% of the deposit amount

No reimbursement (except in cases of force majeure, health cases) according to the article of the Civil Code

Articles 1100 et seq. Of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability between owner and tenant.
